Many a times what we did with the genuine intentions are spurn. How does it feel when you are not believed by those you hold most close to your heart? What happens when we look to others for understanding and we do not get the empathy we desire or expect? Yes, how do you feel when the light just walks away through the door and all you can do is watch helplessly!

Love has been so underrated

Many do not find its meaning all through life

Some will never know it is a harbinger of peace

Neither will others find it reverberates in truth

The fruit it bears are the services it prompts us to

The glow it summons is a story only our hearts can spell

Perhaps we need to pause and then take a breathe

Use Your Relationships

I had a discourse with a colleague some few days ago and in the course of our discourse was brought to the realization that our last post here had a tinge of masculinity in it. I was alarmed! The beauty of that conversation was while I did not see some of those points initially, that relationship helped me see a part that was oblivious to me. 

The Extra

Still in the wind of the New Year and working the lines of 2015, it occurred to me that we just had another year added to our previous count. Yes, 'addition’; ‘additional'; 'greater than usual' all of these qualifiers are just about 'EXTRA'. Whether drawn from the Medieval Latin origin where it was seen as meaning 'outside' or 'beyond' or within the English, French and German 17th Century adaptation from extraordinary - 'THE EXTRA' is just what it is - 'EXTRA'!

This Early?

Three days into the year and I am at a crossroad for my actions and inaction. I am so at a loss over how I can last the year if one is already falling so soon. This is not some hypothetical story, it's fluid and it's running. So what do you think is my problem?
