When we hold a design, we long to bring it to life. Each of us shapes and reshapes the spaces we inhabit, sketching paths and possibilities for ourselves. Yet life often bends those designs. When this happens, we are often left to rewrite our story, and it may unfold with a different outcome, not because we are no longer ourselves, but because choices shift, and with them destiny takes different turns.
It is why we say when life gives us lemons,
we make lemonade. That saying is true, but it is not the whole truth. We are
not only the sum of the choices we make, but also of what we accept. Some
people live firmly by their decisions, while others drift along by their
allowances. Both paths shape who we become.
My friends, you know what, do not
be too hard on yourself. Even a failed clock is right twice a day. Brokenness
does not erase worth, and failure does not cancel out meaning.
Our choices are never free from
influence. They are coloured by our upbringing, our history, our environment,
and countless unseen forces. What we call the forgone alternative is often just
another road left untaken, not because it lacked value, but because we could
not see its point in that moment.
But there is wisdom in restraint.
Not every situation requires an opinion. Silence can be a complete and
dignified response. To know when to speak and when to be still is to hold one
of life’s quiet strengths.
Nugget: Life is shaped not
only by what you choose, but also by what you allow. Choose with care, and
permit with wisdom.
Well done boss. Very well articulated, the 3rd paragraph encompasses great hope and resilience to keep pushing even when things seems unwell.
