How Much do you feel it

We often would not reach where we are going because we lose steam on the way. This happens like a circle and sometimes we are left to believe that we do not have it in us to drive our goals through.


The same thing happens when we are in the kitchen, we just cannot stay with the heat forever, at some time, we leave that environment to get some fresh air, even when that is not the case, we at least do not turn our kitchen to the living room; we leave at some time.

In our life there are many kitchen styled occasions; that is times when we must cook the directions we must follow, the route our life must tend and yet there are times when we cannot stand the heat anymore - periods when it is important we left the room for another. There are just those times we must leave the cooking room and get some fresh air. This sequence are stamps we follow in life - for you cannot always strive.

The temptation to always be in the work and cooking mode is always there. We feel that when we work, we are not lazy and when we work we are preparing for the times when we cannot work or do not need to work that hard. Yes that is true, yet have you also noticed that laziness is not always the absence of work; Did you know that we do not even have the time to just take a break and enjoy a bit of the fresh air that will give balance to world.

So how much do you feed the kitchen part of your life? How have you conquered the fear that leaving the kitchen is a crime - do you still know the path to your living room? When last did fresh air come into your life? See Friend, I know we must work, and I also know even work requires that we rest - hence they have given us 'leave' for one purpose or the other. Your work will not die if you take out time to rejig and re-fire your engines. Even if you are a resource that is seemingly indispensable, you must dispense with that thought and feel the other part of your house. Go into the living room and feel it.

Same applies to the thinking room, leave that part of your life and work out your thoughts, do not stay glued to one part of your life. Allow the other ones to also feel your presence; make room for your family, allow them take every part of your thoughts, make room for some holiday, just simmer down. Life is beautiful and there are varied parts to it, see that you get a balance life, your health is important to us and we want to know !how much you feel it".

Nugget: Health is wealth - take care that your work does not kill your health.
