I was speaking recently with Zita about starting something new. She said, “I also wanted to start, but the vision was not clear.” I smiled because I knew that feeling all too well. I told her, “You just have to start, no matter how small.”
The truth is, waiting for perfect clarity can keep us standing still. One must keep working, even with the smallest details at hand, because things get clearer the more you do. Each step, no matter how unsure, sharpens the next.
I have come to see that faith and work are deeply connected. Faith does not remove uncertainty; it moves through it. It takes what you have, however incomplete, and builds toward what you hope for.
You do not need to have the full picture from day one. Sometimes it begins with little notes, scattered thoughts, rough sketches, or incomplete plans. Over time, those fragments begin to align into something whole. Consistency is what turns confusion into clarity.
Nugget: You do not wait for clarity to begin. You begin, and clarity finds you in motion.
Thank you for sharing. Sometimes, the clarity we require actually comes in the process of doing. We may not actually have it all figured out, but starting is a big deal. However, everyone should only start something with the picture of how the structure will be, the right people, and a clear vision, if it must last when tested.
